Unser Gala-Abend findet bei Francesco on the Michelsberg statt. Das Lokal im alten Kloster mit Weinkeller bietet feinste italienische Küche und einen herrlichen Ausblick über das Weltkulturerbe Bamberg. Our gala evening will take place at Francecso on the Michelsberg. The restaurant in the old monastery with wine cellar offers the finest Italian cuisine and a magnificent view over the world cultural heritage of Bamberg.

The ticket price for the gala evening (99€) includes: aperitif, 3-course menu and a midnight snack as well as beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks until 11 pm.
The after gala party will then take place in the famous Sandstrasse.
Saturday
On Saturday, the day begins with a traditional “Bamberger Frühschoppen” (morning pint) in one of our famous taverns. For this we will meet at the Sternla (Lange Str. 46, 96047 Bamberg) from 11 am.
In the afternoon, we offer a guided sightseeing tour with the theme "Passion for Beer". During this tour about Bamberg's brewery and beer culture you will learn that Bamberg as a beer town is not an invention of modern times. After a beer-historical city tour, we will exclusively explore the "Hellerbräu" brewery on the Stephansberg, including a malt house and beer tasting.
The city tour starts at 1pm and the cost is €15 per person (to be paid in cash on-site). Places are limited. Meeting point: Tourist Information, Geyerswörthstraße 5.
In the evening, we will have a “Bambule” in the Sandstrasse. But before that, we have organised a highlight for you: a guided tour of Bamberg's oldest brewery (brewing has been going on there since the 14th century). The meeting point is at 6 pm at the Klosterbräu (Obere Mühlbrücke 1-3, 96049 Bamberg). The cost is €18 per person (to be paid in cash on-site). At 7 pm we will have a table for dinner in the same location. Afterwards we will plunge into Bamberg's nightlife again.
Sunday
As a farewell, there will be a proper Weißwurst breakfast in one of Bamberg's very well-known taverns 😉
We will meet at 10 am at the Schlenkerla (Dominikanerstraße 6, 96049 Bamberg).
